The Threespot Account Manager develops and maintains trusting client relationships, inspires and motivates internal development teams, and explores appropriate new business opportunities within their accounts. The AM serves as the client’s voice and advocate to Threespot, and as Threespot’s advocate and voice to the client. The AM embodies the strategic partnership between Threespot and the client, bringing energy, ideas, creativity, and senior-level leadership to the relationship.
The AM’s mandate is to lead by comfortably, confidently, and unequivocally demonstrate ownership and leadership in all aspects of the client’s business and Threespot’s relationship to it.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage both the client and project team decisively.
- 3+ years in a senior-level account or client relationship manager role.
- Proven record of maintaining successful client relationships and delivering strategic creative and technical solutions, primarily in the Internet/web realm.
- Ability to think strategically, act quickly, multi-task, and drive processes and decisions to closure to meet both the company's and client's goals and objectives.
- Working knowledge of all aspects of interactive development, including graphic design, user experience definition, content strategy and development, and programming technologies.
- Ability to understand existing brand, marketing strategies, and business and communications objectives, or to work with clients and teams to either clarify or define these gating discussions.
- Identify growth opportunities for existing clients and work with other Threespot teams to turn those opportunities into successful, profitable solutions.
- Embody and champion the Threespot brand in all interactions with clients and teams.
- Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
