Getting into the heads of a tough audience.

When the GAVI Alliance partnered with Threespot to court high net-worth donors for the Immunize Every Child campaign, we realized it wouldn’t be possible to develop a compelling, effective online experience without embracing the donors’ mindset. We began by consulting experts to develop a better understanding of high net-worth donors—who they are, how they think, and what motivates them. After crafting a unique audience profile, we used it to guide every element of the website, from the voice to the information architecture. As a direct result, donations to the campaign have increased.
