While many people were on board with the Humane Society’s mission of “celebrating animals, confronting cruelty,” inspiring them to act on it was another matter. That’s why the Humane Society approached Threespot about revamping their website. It was dense with content, with many emotionally engaging stories buried under layers. Threespot brought these stories to the surface, integrating them into clear action paths and cross-marketing options for giving. By simplifying donation and advocacy forms, drop-off rates for incomplete submissions improved dramatically. The new website, which brings together emotional messaging, prominent action paths, and user-friendly navigation, has inspired more users not just to feel something, but to do something.
