Threespot observes 11 federal holidays. We also close our virtual doors for a week in December to allow us all to recharge.

- Volunteer and pro bono service: We offer time for employees to take one day per quarter for volunteer service.
- Formal donations commitment: We’re committed to donating a portion of annual profits to charities selected by employees.
- Matching individual workers’ charitable donations: Threespot will match charitable donations up to $100/year for each employee to a nonprofit organization of the employee’s choice.
- Carbon offset: Threespot commits to reducing our carbon footprint by 100% through the purchase of carbon offsets.
