Arlene Smith-Mayen is Threespot’s Executive Coordinator, where she keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. With over a decade of experience in operations and administration, she’s worn a lot of hats, supporting execs, managing projects, fine-tuning systems, and always finding better ways to get things done.
Before joining Threespot, Arlene worked across a mix of industries, from startups and consulting to education and tech, helping leaders stay organized, focused, and ahead of the curve. She’s all about clear communication, efficient processes, and bringing calm to the chaos.
Arlene is certified in Agile and project management (CAPM) and holds a degree in Organizational Administration from George Mason University. She cares deeply about mission driven work and believes that when operations run well, teams can focus on what matters.
She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two kids. Outside of work, she’s usually out for a run, sipping matcha, or deep into a podcast.
