Keoana Nettles is a strategic and equity-centered project leader who brings a deep commitment to social impact, digital inclusion, and community voice. As an Associate Producer at Threespot, she supports mission-driven organizations by managing digital strategy, brand, and web development projects from concept to launch. Known for her holistic approach and thoughtful communication, Keoana bridges the gap between big ideas and actionable plans—connecting the dots, anticipating needs, and ensuring teams are aligned every step of the way.
Her path to Threespot has been shaped by a dynamic career spanning nonprofit and government work, recruiting, data science, and advocacy. Across all her experiences, one thread remains constant: a passion for dismantling barriers and expanding opportunity for marginalized communities through technology, education, and systems change.
Keoana holds a B.A. in Communication with minors in Education and Social & Economic Justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A proud native of Charlotte, she continues to live and work in her hometown, where her Southern roots run deep.
