KABOOM! had reoriented its mission to focus squarely on ending playspace inequity, with a strategy rooted in community partnerships, policy change, and original research. But its outdated website failed to reflect this bold new direction. The site’s clunky structure and limited flexibility made it harder for the organization to tell its story, reach new audiences, and drive action where it mattered most.
