As Director of Technology, Daniel leads Threespot’s engineering practice and works directly with clients to turn their goals into technical direction they can actually build on. Since joining Threespot in 2013, he’s developed and architected websites and applications for the USO, PAN Foundation, the National Parks Conservation Association, UN Environment, the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration, and many others.
His technical range spans Ruby, JavaScript, Drupal, WordPress, Elixir, systems administration, networking, and more. But what he brings to a team goes past the code: sharp strategic instincts, a clear read on where the tech landscape is heading, real business sense, an easygoing sense of humor that holds up under a deadline, and a conviction that all of it should serve work that matters.
Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Eastern Kentucky University. Outside of work, he enjoys music, travel, and fly fishing.
